Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

1. Our Commitment

Captalks is committed to delivering exceptional value through our intelligence services. We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a fair refund policy for clients who are not satisfied.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Service not delivered within the agreed timeline (30-day refund window)
  • Technical failure preventing service delivery
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of purchase, before work commences

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Work has already commenced on your assessment or report
  • You are dissatisfied with business outcomes that are outside our control
  • Information provided by you was inaccurate or incomplete
  • More than 30 days have passed since service delivery
  • Enterprise custom engagements (governed by separate agreement)

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email refunds@captalks.io with your order details and reason. We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with our decision. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where partial work has been completed, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the undelivered portion of the engagement, at our sole discretion.
